QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND

Eileen Lewis joined PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services in 1994 as a Property Manager, and was promoted to Director of Property Management in early 2007. She brings to the team over twenty years of commercial real estate experience in Tucson.

A long-time Tucsonan, Ms. Lewis has managed a portfolio of industrial, retail, and office buildings for private and institutional investors, and she became one of 13 shareholders in the firm in 2001. Prior to becoming a shareholder, she was the 1996, 1997, 2001 and 2002 recipient of PICOR’s Property Manager of the Year award and the 1998 recipient of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Tucson’s Principal Member of the Year award. Ms. Lewis was the recipient of PICOR’s President’s Award for Excellence in 2005.
