QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND

Joining PICOR in 1994 in the administration department, she has been promoted numerous times with her promotion to Property Manager in 2000. Tina's responsibilities include the management of medical office, industrial, retail and office space as well as owner associations for both private individuals and institutions. She received PICOR's Property Manager of the Year award in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. Tina received the Principal Member of the Year award in 2005 from Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Tucson. Tina received PICOR's President's Award For Excellence in 2008.
