Barbi Reuter's affiliation with PICOR began with the firm's opening in 1985. She founded the firm’s Property Management Division, taking it to the lead in market share, and directed the Division until 2007, managing office/medical, industrial and retail space. Barbi has also served as court-appointed Receiver in both County and Federal courts. In her corporate capacity, she oversees PICOR’s operations, research and finance activities, liaises with the global services platform provided through the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, and serves as Associate Broker. She was the 1991 and 2002 recipient of PICOR’s “President's Award for Excellence.” In 1994, she was named “Member of the Year” for BOMA Greater Tucson. Barbi was the 1999 recipient of BOMA International’s “President’s Award” for advancing BOMA’s mission in the education arena and in 2007 received CREW’s local Member-to-Member Business Award.
