Peter Douglas is a lifelong Tucsonan and fifth generation Arizonan. Active in real estate for over 20 years, he joined PICOR's Industrial Division in 1987. His proficiency in design, marketing, sales, leasing and construction of industrial and mixed-use parks and business centers endows Peter's consistent success in PICOR's commercial sales division. Leased square footage averages over 4,000,000, with leasing and sales revenues in excess of $200 million. He achieved PICOR's esteemed Winner's Circle Award in 1990, 1995, 1997 and 1998. Peter's proven reputation of integrity and ability is further demonstrated by his membership in the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS, having met stringent specialized real estate training, production and job experience requirements to qualify for this designation.
