QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND

Chuck Holden joined PICOR in 2004 as a Property Manager. He brings to the team over twenty-six years of commercial property management and leasing experience gained with several nationally prominent property management and development firms. His experience includes assignments in both the California and Arizona markets.

Mr. Holden currently manages a portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail properties for institutional firms and private individuals.
