Joining PICOR in early 2005 as a Property Manager, Bonnie Charles brings 15 years of experience in the real estate management field. After many years managing multi-family housing portfolios, her scope of responsibility expanded to include management of office, retail, medical office and industrial space. As a native Tucsonan, Bonnie is well-versed in local market conditions. She has worked successfully with both private individuals and corporate ownerships.
