QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND

Bryan Hague has been active in commercial real estate since 1997 and is currently engaged in retail brokerage at PICOR. Prior to joining PICOR, Bryan was President of River Rock Investments, a Tucson based commercial real estate development and investment company. He specialized in the development, acquisition and disposition of neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings, and mixed use developments. He was previously employed as Vice President of Real Estate Investments for Midland Red Oak, Inc., a real estate subsidiary of Southwest Royalties, where he was responsible for the acquisition of over 750,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Oklahoma, Texas and Arizona. Bryan has also brokered transactions for a number of select clients including Wells Fargo and Home Depot.
