QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND

A native of Denver, Allan Mendelsberg came to Tucson in 2004 to begin his career in commercial real estate. After a short period with Marcus & Millichap, Allan joined Picor Commercial Real Estate Services to develop the Manufactured Housing Branch. Allan's focus is mobile home parks in the Southwest, United States. In addition to the manufactured housing, Allan focus his time with apartment complexes in the Tucson area. His clients range from small private investors to REITs. He believes his success is from being a client first broker with the drive and passion to think one step ahead in the transaction process.
