QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND

Thomas Knox has been a professional in the commercial real estate business since 1977.
His diverse experience includes five years as a real estate broker with CB Commercial Real Estate Services conducting sales and lease transactions in the office building specialty. Mr. Knox was promoted to sales manager and then Resident Manager and Vice President in 1982 through 1990.
In 1991 Mr. Knox contributed to the establishment of MST Enterprises, Inc. and its joint venture partner Intermountain Asset Services. These companies provided real estate services to the Resolution Trust Corporation, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and The State of Arizona.
In 1995 Mr. Knox joined PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in office building and investment properties.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Present PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services; specialty general and medical office property sales, leasing and investments.
1991-1995 MST Enterprises Inc. and Intermountain Asset Services Chief Operating Officer and managing partner.
1990-1991 Self-employed real estate consultant Angel Fire Corporation, Intergroup of Arizona, Sentinel Diagnostics and Metal Recovery Technologies.
1983-1990 Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services V.P./Resident Manager. Line Manager, responsible for two profit centers: commercial property brokerage and management services.
1982-1983 Sales Manager Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services day to day management of 35 sales employees.
1977-1982 Real Estate Sales Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. Consistent "Top Five" producer.
