NEW YORK – Jan. 7, 2008 – Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has enhanced its coverage through its national Alliance program with the addition of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm based in Tucson.

PICOR, founded in 1985, is one of the largest commercial brokerage companies in Tucson, with 15 full time commercial real estate professionals and a heritage that is one of the strongest in the region.

As part of the agreement, PICOR joins the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance program, an association of 21 leading regional commercial real estate firms and more than 600 brokerage professionals in strategic U.S. markets.
