 Since CoStar entered the Tucson market in 2005 to track commercial property inventory and sales and lease transactions, PICOR Commercial Real Estate has consistently been ranked as one of CoStar’s “Power Brokers.”
2008 is no exception, as the recent rankings included PICOR in the top 10 firms, based on transaction volume, for the 4th consecutive year. Also of note, PICOR professionals represented 5 of the top 10 sales brokers, 5 of the top 10 office leasing brokers, and 4 of the top 10 industrial leasing brokers.
