EFSD Holding, LLC purchased 11,005 square feet of office space located at 7630 & 7632 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson, from Rio Equity Group, LLC for $2,200,000.  Thomas J. Nieman, Principal and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

 

William Lee, LLC purchased 6,894 square feet of retail space located at 7285-7293 E. Tanque Verde Rd. in Tucson, from Colonia Verde Investors, LLC for $1,775,700.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.  George Larsen with Larsen Baker, LLC, represented the seller.

 

MJ Equity Investments, LLC and BD Equity Investments, LLC purchased two industrial properties totaling 15,307 square feet of warehouse space.   The two buildings, located at 3421 & 3435 E. 44th St. in Tucson, were purchased from Lhost Business Property, LLC for $625,000.  Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction.  Paul Hooker represented the seller and Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, represented the buyer.

 

L & G Investments AZ, LLC purchased 5,391 square feet of multifamily space from KPS Apts., LLC.  Copper Street Townhomes, located at 1791-1799 E. Copper St. in Tucson, was purchased for $506,500.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.  David Walsh with S.J. Fowler Real Estate, Inc., represented the seller.

 

SANTANDR Properties, LLC purchased 9,414 square feet of multifamily space from 243 Bordon’s Court, LLC.  33rd Street Apartments, located at 2226 S. 4th Ave. & 231 E. 33rd St. in Tucson, was purchased for $438,875.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Edward Mandelberg and Danny Roth with Keller Williams Southern Arizona, represented the buyer.

 

Tin Cup Properties, LLC purchased 4,099 square feet of industrial space, located at 2819 W. Ruthrauff Rd. & 4761 N. Highway Dr. in Tucson, from Atlas Holdings Three, LLC for $217,065.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Principals and Industrial Specialists handled this transaction.  Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, and Stephen D. Cohen represented the seller; Ron Zimmerman, represented the buyer.

Sumits Yoga renewed their lease for 2,973 square feet of retail space in Crossroads East, 4951 E.
