Completed Sale/Lease Transactions for the Week of December 2-6, 2019

 

SALE

 

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints purchased the former Westar Kitchen & Bath, 37,627 square feet of retail space located at 3850 W. Orange Grove Rd. in Marana, AZ., from Vincenza, LLC for $4,100,000.  Principals with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, Dave Hammack, Retail Specialist, Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, and Stephen D. Cohen, Industrial Specialists, represented the seller in this transaction.  Nancy McClure and Carol Schillne with CBRE, Tucson and Salt Lake City, represented the buyer.

 

Wildhorse Real Estate Investments, LLC purchased Limberlost Drive Apartments, 14,672 square feet of multifamily space located at 221-267 W. Limberlost Dr. in Tucson.  The 23-unit apartment complex was purchased from Limberlost Drive Apartments, LLC for $1,560,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

LEASE

 

Elite Delivery Services, Inc. leased 13,848 square feet of industrial space located at 2005 N. 13th Ave., Suite 135 in Tucson, from Poets Corner, LLC.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Industrial Specialists handled this transaction.  Max Fisher represented the landlord and Ron Zimmerman represented the tenant.

 

Freedom Smoke USA leased 3,840 square feet of industrial space located in Grant Interstate Commons, 1131 W. Grant Rd., Suite 135 in Tucson, from Sloat Family Partnership, LLLP.   Stephen D. Cohen, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  Nancy Silverman with Realty Executives Tucson Elite, represented the tenant.

 

Center for Behavioral Health Tucson, Inc. renewed their lease with Popstone, LLC for 3,474 square feet of office space located at 2437 N. Stone Ave. in Tucson.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

 

Ice Nice, LLC leased 2,100 square feet of industrial space located at 4101 S. Longfellow Ave., Suite 109 in Tucson, from Robert G. and Elizabeth Beckwith.  Max Fisher and Ryan McGregor with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

El Dorado Audiology, Inc. leased 1,963 square feet of office space in Pima Corporate Center, 5956 E. Pima St., Suite 140 in Tucson, from La Rubia, LLC.  Ryan McGregor, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Maverick Petroleum Services, Inc. renewed their lease with Costa Verde Investments, LLC, for 1,500 square feet of industrial space located at 3538 N. Sol Center, LLC, renewed their lease with Spirits, LP for 1,400 square feet of office space located at 3131 N. Country Club Rd., Suite 112 in Tucson.  Ryan McGregor and Molly Gilbert, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

 

Manuel Zamora renewed his lease with 18232, LLC, for 0.57 acres of land located at Plaza Compana in Nogales, AZ.  Denisse Angulo, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.
