Completed Sale/Lease Transactions (December 9-18, 2019)

 

SALE

 

Grant Clover Commons, LLC (an Affiliate of Tucson-based The Clover Company, Paul Kraft, CEO) purchased 74,134 square feet of industrial space from Sloat Family Partnership, LLLP for $6,741,361.  The 4-property portfolio sale, located at the southeast corner of the Grant Rd. interchange with Interstate 10 in Tucson, includes tilt-up constructed warehouse, manufacturing and showroom space.  This acquisition marks the sixth Tucson industrial investment for The Clover Company. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Principals and Industrial Specialists handled this transaction.  Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, represented the seller; Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, represented the buyer.

 

Linda Vista Luxury Rentals, LLC purchased 9.76 acres of vacant land located in Oracle Vista Centre, 9645 – 9781 N. Oracle Rd. in Oro Valley.  The proposed multifamily and office parcel was purchased from Oracle Vista, Inc. for $2,600,000.  Richard M. Anthony Eredia and Diana Bermudez Family Revocable Trust purchased the brand new Dollar General in Maricopa, AZ., from DCM Development Company, LLC for $1,750,000.  Dave Hammack, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Evan Eisner with SAB Capital in New York City, represented the buyer.

 

Vistoso 15, LLC purchased 15.20 acres of industrial land from Innovation Commerce Campus, LLC.  The vacant land parcel, located at 2105-2157 E. Rancho Vistoso Blvd. in Oro Valley, was purchased for $1,200,000.  Principal Robert C. Michael Shiner with CXT Realty, LLC, represented the buyer.

 

Mountain Vista Unitarian Universalist Congregation purchased 9,478 square feet of retail space located at 3235 W. Orange Grove Rd. in Tucson, from Antigua de Mexico, Inc.  Rob Tomlinson, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.   John G. Yarborough with Romano Real Estate Corporation, represented the seller.”

 

LEASE

 

La Cholla Family Medicine renewed their lease for 12,017 square feet of medical office space located in La Cholla Medical Plaza, 6130 N. La Cholla Blvd., Suite 100 in Tucson, from HCPI / Utah, LLC.  Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

 

Denny’s leased a 5,000 square-foot restaurant property in the Steam Pump Village Shopping Center.  The selected site, 11107 N. Oracle Rd. in Oro Valley, is located just north of the First Ave. and Oracle Rd. intersection.
