Copart of Arizona, Inc. purchased a 6,050 square-foot warehouse building situated on 14.05 acres from Venco, LLC.   The industrial property, located at 6001 S. Wilmot Rd. in Tucson, was purchased for $1,250,000.  Stephen D. Cohen, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

 

Technicians For Sustainability, Inc. purchased a 14,010 square-foot industrial building from DBLS Holdings, LLC.  The manufacturing facility, located at 1050 E. 19th St. and 910 S. Santa Rita Ave. in Tucson, was purchased for $950,000.  Principal Paul Hooker and Max Fisher, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.  Paul Hooker represented the buyer; Max Fisher represented the seller.

 

SAENT Building, LLC purchased a 3,394 square-foot medical office building from Ken Yoder Trust.  The investment property, located in San Rafael Medical Center, 6506 E.
