SALE   

 

Rio Equity Group, LLC purchased 27,208 square feet of industrial space located at 3650-3700 S. Palo Verde Rd. in Tucson.  The investment property, consisting of two warehouse buildings, was purchased from Black Rock Ventures, LLC for $2,600,000.  ITW Polymers Sealants North American, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of sealants, adhesives, coatings, lubricants and cutting fluids occupies the property. Nogales-Texas Properties, LLC purchased 11.02 acres of industrial land from Baca Float #3, LLC.  Lot 5, located in the Rio Rico South Industrial Park Expansion in Rio Rico, AZ, was purchased for $2,549,869.  Jose Dabdoub, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

 

Benson-DBS, LLC purchased the brand new 9,100 square-foot Dollar General located at 306 N. Mescal Rd. in Benson, AZ, from DCM Development Company, LLC for $1,815,000.  Dave Hammack, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

 

Lester Apartments, LLC purchased 8,600 square feet of multifamily space located at 638-642 E. 6671 E. Littletown Rd, LLC purchased a 12,852 square-foot warehouse building located at 6671 E. AZDA, LLC purchased Mountain Shadows Apartments, a 10-unit multifamily property located at 3053 W. Gould Family Properties VIII, LLC purchased Treat Apartments, an 8-unit multifamily property located at 2237-2241 N.
