RB West Investments, LLC purchased 6,324 square feet of multifamily space located at 251, 252, 255 & 256 E. Water St. in Tucson.  Water Street Apartments, a 12-unit multifamily complex, was purchased from Solan Family Trust for $485,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

LEASE

 

Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space, located at 6060 S. Brosius Ave. in Tucson, from Espinosa Garnica, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman and Max Fisher, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Brilliant Health, LLC expanded their lease with Tin Cup Properties, LLC to include an additional 4,040 square feet of industrial space at their current location, 3450 S. Broadmont Dr., Suite 112 in Tucson.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Principals and Industrial Specialists handled this transaction.  Ron Zimmerman, represented the landlord; Rob Glaser represented the tenant.

 

Arizona Thin Films, LLC leased 3,929 square feet of industrial space at 1951 W. Grant Rd., Suite 190 in Tucson, from La Cholla-OG, LLC.  Industrial Specialists Max Fisher and Principal, Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  Michael Coretz with Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson LLC, represented the tenant.
