Mid-Atlantic Equity Funding, LLC purchased a brand new Dollar General located at 5470 E. Littletown Rd. in Tucson, from DCM Development Company, LLC for $2,000,000.  Dave Hammack, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Michael J. Bastin with Coldwell Banker Commercial Reliant Realty, Cincinnati, OH, represented the buyer.

 

Lurie Properties II, LLC purchased 8,632 square feet of office space located at 3113, 3119 and 3125 E. 1st St. in Tucson, from 1050 North Country Club Associates Inc. for $950,000.  Thomas J. Nieman, Principal and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Rick Borane with Volk Company, represented the buyer.

 

Winstel, LLC purchased Winstel Park Apartments, an 8,950-square-foot multi-family property located at 3322 N. Winstel Blvd. in Tucson.  The 12-unit complex was purchased from Winstel Apartments, LLC for $920,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Conrad Martinez, Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

Park Ave. & 19th St. Properties LLC purchased an industrial manufacturing/warehouse property located at 3425 and 3433 E. Milber St. in Tucson.  The freestanding, 6,450-square-foot building was purchased from Mark Austein for $350,000.  Paul Hooker, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

 

 

LEASE

 

Crossdocking and Warehouse Systems, Inc. expanded their lease space with Nogales Property Management an additional 20,000 square feet, totaling 75,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space, located at 2050 Smokey Lane in Nogales, AZ.  Jose Dabdoub, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.

 

Boeckeler Instruments, Inc. renewed and expanded their lease with Brey Holdings, LLC for 15,000 square feet of industrial space located in Butterfield Business Park, 4650 S. Butterfield Dr. in Tucson.  Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC leased 9,029 square feet of retail space in Sierra Vista, AZ., from Ronald R. Saccani.  Spirit Halloween, a specialty retail store and supplier of Halloween decorations, costumes, props and accessories, will be located at 3758 E.
