Sarando-Swan, LP purchased a 6,031-square-foot apartment complex located at 638, 642 & 644 E. 4th St. in Tucson.  4th Street Apartments, a 10-unit multifamily property, was purchased from Bear Down Properties, LLC for $1,100,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer and the seller in this transaction.   

 

 

LEASE  

 

Southern Arizona Graphic Associates, Inc. leased an additional 14,500 square feet of industrial space from Walker Tucson Property, LLC, located at 1861 W. Grant Rd., Suite 105 in Tucson. Robert C. Erickson Dr. in Tucson.  Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. 

 

Quality of Life Medical & Research Center, LLC renewed their lease with TMC Holdings, Inc., for 5,415 square feet of medical office space located in Tucson Medical Park, 5350 E.
