Schnitzer Properties, LLC purchased 8.52 acres of industrial land at 2713 & 2717 E. Corona Rd., in Tucson, from Grossprops Associates, LLC for $1,400,000. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.
