Blockhouse Holdings, LLC purchased 4141 E. Lee St. in Tucson. Dawn Mobile Home Park, a 25-unit property, was purchased from Dawn MH Park, LLC for $1,030,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

Tin Cup Properties, LLC, purchased 3,315 square feet of industrial space located at 2620-2622 S. Alvernon Way in Tucson.  The single-tenant industrial property was purchased from Myron R. Stoeckman, Trustee Under the Georgia A. Stoeckman Family Living Trust, for $215,000. Benson Hospital purchased a 4,781-square-foot medical office building located at 300 S. Ocotillo Ave. in Benson, AZ. The medical office property was purchased from Progressive Healthcare Group, Inc.  Richard M.
