VRE Storage Tucson Kolb, LLC purchased 45,556 square feet of retail space on 6 acres of land at 770 N. Kolb Rd. in Tucson, from Century Theaters, Inc. for $4,000,000. Greg Furrier, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. James Montgomery with Verdad, represented the buyer. 

 

701 E. Adams LLC purchased Adams Luxury Housing, a multifamily investment property located northwest of the University of Arizona at 701 E. Adams St. in Tucson. The six-unit, 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath student housing facility was purchased from Firstadams, LLC for $1,960,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

Boulder Terrace Partners LLC purchased Boulder Terrace Apartments, a 5-unit, 7,929-square-foot multifamily property located at 202-206 N. Boulder Terrace in Tucson. The investment sale was purchased from 202 N Boulder Terrace LLC for $1,100,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

  

Stephen L. Ziegler Living Trust, purchased a 7,300-square-foot, industrial warehouse building located at 3401 E. 44th St. in Tucson. The warehouse property, situated on 1.05 acres, was purchased from Ruth Lindsey for $363,500. IHE Management, LLC purchased a 3,736-square-foot building located at 2238 S. 6th Ave. in Tucson. The free-standing, single-tenant office property was purchased from Richard G. Melikian for $230,000. Ralph’s Transfer Inc. leased 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 6760 S. Lisa Frank Ave. in Tucson, from Greenbean Investments LLC. Robert C. Arizona Theatre Company leased 22,560 square feet of industrial space from 6363 S Country Club, LLC. This new space, located in the Tucson International Business Center, 6363 S. Country Club Rd., Suite 101 in Tucson, will house the production shop where sets are built, costume inventory is stored, and the home offices for administration. Founded in 1966, Arizona Theatre Company is the professional theatre of the State of Arizona and the only member of the League of Resident Theatres (LORT) in the country that produces in two cities.
