9th St 814-838 E, LLC purchased Sonoran on 9th Apartments, a 21,930-square-foot multifamily investment property located at 814-838 E. 9th St. in Tucson. The 26-unit apartment building, situated on 0.63 acres, was purchased from Pelican 9th LLC for $5,300,000. Glenn Dorado, LLC purchased 4.14 acres of land at Fairview Business Park, 985, 986 and 964 W. Fairview Business Park Pl. in Tucson, from Tucson Collision, Inc. for $850,000.
