Pointe Apartments, LLC purchased The Pointe Apartments, a 18,660-square-foot investment property at 2152 N. Country Club Rd. in Tucson. The 25-unit apartment property was purchased from 2152 Country Club, LLC for $3,875,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

2030 East, L.L.C. purchased a 24,000-square-foot retail building at 354 S. Highway 92 in Sierra Vista, from ORION SIERRA VISTA AZ LLC for $2,300,000. Jose Dabdoub and Ryan McGregor, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Robert Fischrup and Eric Lamb, with Vast Commercial Real Estate Solutions, LLC, represented the buyer.
