Union Hospitality Group purchased 6,208 square feet of retail space at 2465 N. Campbell Ave., in Tucson from JPMorgan Chase Bank NA for $2,400,000. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. Greg Furrier and Natalie Furrier represented the buyer, and Dave Hammack represented the seller.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Company renewed their lease with Zion’s Bancorporation, N.A. for 4,220 square feet of office space at National Bank of Arizona Plaza, 333 N. Wilmot Rd., Suite 100 in Tucson.
