Pantano Rd., in Tucson from East Coast Tucson Development, LLC for $3,800,000. Airtronics will occupy the building.  Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Stephen D. LEASE 

 

Quaesta Instruments, LLC renewed their lease with SBC Investors, LLC for 3,333 square feet of industrial space at Tucson Tech Park, 1665 E. 18th St., Suite 207 in Tucson. Andrew Keim and Alex Demeroutis, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

 

White Coat Commons sublet 1,815 square feet of office space at 1925 W. Orange Grove Rd., Suite 106, in Tucson, from Rittenour Industries LLC dba QC Kinetix. Molly Mary Gilbert, CCIM, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the sublessor. 

 

Sonoran Eco Solutions, LLC renewed their lease with SBC Investors, LLC for 1,200 square feet of industrial space at Tucson Tech Park, 1665 E. 18th St., Suite 212 in Tucson. Alex Demeroutis and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

 

Staci Gauvin and Danielle DeSantis leased 710 square feet of office space at 2231 N. Indian Ruins Rd., Suite 4 in Tucson, from Ozam Investments, LLC. Molly Mary Gilbert, CCIM, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties. 

 

Advanced Business Partners Arizona, LLC leased 635 square feet of office space at Ina Corporate Center, 3275 W. Ina Rd., Suite 209 in Tucson, from CALDOR Investments of Arizona, LLC. Thomas J.
