Kate Zimmerman joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2022 as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator and was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2023. She oversees all the marketing for the brokerage team and their active commercial property portfolio, which ranges from 300 to 400 properties at any given time, including property brochures and email marketing campaigns. As the firm’s sole marketing professional, she also manages multi-channel social media strategy and content, blog articles, print advertising, brand management, and corporate communications.

Kate has always believed that good design tells a story, and brand storytelling is at the core of everything she creates. She led C&W | PICOR’s 2024 rebrand under Cushman & Wakefield, guiding the transition from concept to execution across brochure templates, signage, print collateral, graphics, and presentations. She also spearheaded the firm’s 40th Anniversary campaign, producing a commemorative company history video, designing a custom logo, and partnering with BizTucson on a featured magazine edition. Through integrated marketing and intentional content strategy, her campaign management has grown C&W | PICOR’s social media engagement across all platforms by more than 500% since 2022, all through organic content with no paid advertising.

Originally from Littleton, Colorado, Kate comes from a nonprofit marketing background and moved to Tucson in 2020. She graduated from the University of Denver in 2016 and proudly comes from a long line of University of Arizona Wildcats. Outside of work, Kate enjoys drawing and illustrating, a passion that first led her to a creative career before evolving into graphic design and marketing. When she is not at her desk, she can be found hiking and exploring Tucson with her Boston Terrier.
