A Tucson, Arizona native, Rachel has been active in the property management industry since 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona before going on to manage a diverse portfolio of mixed-use properties in Downtown Tucson, gaining extensive experience across office, retail, and residential sectors. Her background includes leading leasing initiatives, coordinating capital improvement projects, and facilitating the successful opening of executive suites.

With a strong foundation and comprehensive industry exposure, Rachel brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to her role and was able to quickly hit the ground running upon joining Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. Her prior experience has equipped her to effectively navigate the demands of property management while delivering a high level of service to both clients and tenants.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
