EAW-451, LLC purchased a 19,464 square foot industrial building at 451 N. Bonita Ave. in Tucson, from Brickyard Investments Limited Partnership, LLLP for $2,790,000. Dorothy A Kopecky Trust purchased D&F Apartments, an 8-unit apartment complex located at 3701-3707 E. Fairmount St. & 1418 N. Dodge Blvd., in Tucson. The 4,536 square-foot complex was purchased from RB West Investments, LLC for $850,000.
