JVC 4 Enterprises LLC purchased Park Manor Apartments, a 16-unit apartment complex located at 3850-3880 N. Park Ave., in Tucson. The 8,840 square-foot complex was purchased from the Douglas E. and Andrea S. Robson Revocable Trust & the Gary H. Rieman and Phyllis C. Rieman Trust for $1,450,000. Sunflower Properties AZ LLC purchased Romero Apartments, a 16-unit apartment complex located at 3502, 3510, 3518 & 3526 N.
