Regina Spaeth

Assistant Property Manager

Regina, a Tucson native who spent four years of her childhood in Perth, Western Australia, serves as an Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. After graduating high school, she met her husband, and the two have spent the last 35 years together. They have two wonderful, successful children.

Her experience includes managing a glass bead business, owning and operating a family commercial cleaning company, and managing a Tucson self-storage facility for 17 years. Most recently, she spent two and a half years as a property manager overseeing a portfolio that included several federal and state government accounts.

Regina has raised baby lovebirds and has kept them since she was 18. In her free time, she enjoys singing, off-roading with her family, and supporting Tucson’s local restaurants.
