Property Manager

Chaica Vargas has worked in property and facility management since 2007, with a background that includes self-storage operations, federally leased properties, and diverse commercial portfolios.

She began her career with a Tucson-based commercial management firm where she spent 15 years managing self-storage operations before advancing into property management, overseeing federal- and state-leased properties. She later broadened her industry perspective through her work with a statewide commercial painting contractor, gaining valuable experience in business development, estimating, and project coordination.

Chaica values a people-first approach and enjoys building strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors. She remains actively involved in the Southern Arizona commercial real estate community as Chair of the Marketing Committee for CREW Tucson.
