Ross joins anchor tenants TJ Maxx and Natural Grocers. Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Pima County JTED leased 10,686 square feet of industrial space at Butterfield Corporate Plaza, 3700 E. Columbia St., Suite 100 in Tucson, from H&A Realty, LLC.
