The Kenneth M. Phrang & Cynthia L. Phrang Trust purchased the 10,405 square foot medical office at 2155 W. Orange Grove Rd. in Tucson, from OGFP Building, LLC for $3,109,500. Richard M. Ryan Gonzales with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, represented the buyer. 

 

Tucson I Buyer purchased Glenn Dorado Apartments, a 28-unit apartment complex located at 3839 E. Glenn St., in Tucson. The 22,400 square-foot complex was purchased from M&L-LA Properties #2 LP and B Ave Investments LLC for $2,660,000. Marcan West, LLC purchased 7,686 square feet of retail space at 4915 E.
