John Evans purchased 1,520 square feet of office space at 5657 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, from The Estate of Theron Miller Sr. for $130,000. Rob Tomlinson, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller.
