The 30,820 square-foot complex was purchased from LO PLA, LLC and Glenn East, LLC for $4,425,000. Winterhaven3232 LLC purchased The Winterhaven Apartments, a 24-unit apartment complex located at 3232 N. Tucson Blvd., in Tucson. The 19,080 square-foot complex was purchased from Ando LLC for $2,800,000. Basileus Capital, LLC purchased a 5,867 SF industrial building at 3231 E. 46th St. in Tucson, from Xtremeone, LLC for $650,000.
