Jerry LoCoco is an Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, focusing on leasing, sales, and land development throughout the United States and Mexico. His career spans brokerage, development, and construction, giving him a complete understanding of the industrial landscape and how to create value for his clients.

Before joining C&W | PICOR, Jerry served as Vice President at a regional commercial real estate firm where he specialized in industrial and land brokerage across Southern Arizona and the border markets of El Paso, Nogales, and Yuma. In 2025, he ranked among the firm’s Top 10 Producers, a testament to his strong deal execution and client-driven approach. He also held senior positions at other respected commercial real estate firms where he developed expertise in market analysis, site selection, and investment strategy.

Jerry’s roots in the industry go deeper to his years owning and operating LoCoco Pilkington Construction Co. in Yuma, where he led the development of industrial and commercial projects. This hands-on construction experience gives him rare insight into project feasibility, design, and build-to-suit requirements, allowing him to approach investment and development opportunities with a builder’s perspective.

Known for his integrity, perseverance, and forward-thinking mindset, Jerry creates solutions that work for all sides of a deal including buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and developers. He is deeply committed to long-term relationships and stays current on industrial market trends across both U.S. and Mexico borders.

Outside the office, Jerry enjoys time with his wife and children. In 2026, he published Gringo Salado, a personal memoir about perseverance, healing, and purpose. He actively serves his community through St.Giana’s Catholic Church, and has a passion for helping the next generations.
