Kathy Silva joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2022 to provide client and transaction support to top-producing retail broker, Greg Furrier. Her background in related fields and strength in organization and prioritization are assets to the team. Before joining C&W | PICOR, Kathy served in administrative roles and then began her real estate career as a receptionist in multifamily property management. Her skillset and value in supporting the team led to a promotion to Operations Coordinator.

While born and raised in Los Angeles, Kathy relocated to the Sonoran Desert with her husband and children, making Tucson their family home in 2022. Kathy values honesty, cooperation, and dedication, and her goal is to take her career to the next level as a real estate salesperson. She holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Studies and enjoys hiking and art appreciation.
