Marissa, a Tucson native, joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2026 as a Broker Assistant to Greg Furrier and Natalie Furrier. Before beginning her commercial real estate career, she served as Studio Manager at Artisan Studios Inc., Office Manager at Ley Piano Company, and Administrative Coordinator at Our Family Services.

With more than 10 years of experience managing staff and daily operations for small businesses and nonprofits, she brings both ground-level insight and a big-picture approach to organization and problem-solving for the Furrier retail property team.

Marissa graduated summa cum laude from Liberty University in 2014. She also operates Butterfly Effects Co., a handmade jewelry line that partners with Tucson Botanical Gardens and other butterfly conservatories. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, pickleball, martial arts, and playing music with her husband, Richard.
