Paul Hooker joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2005 and is a company shareholder.  A native Tucsonan, he has successfully closed more than 2,500 transactions over the past 30 years (the 2nd-highest deal volume in history for all Tucson commercial agents) comprising more than $950,000,000 in value consideration.  Beginning in 1996 as an industrial specialist with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), he partnered with two associates a year later to create one of the most successful full-time brokerage teams ever for the CBRE Tucson Office.  In 2000, Paul became a broker and project manager for Shenkarow Realty Advisors—a start-up firm comprised of seven former CBRE colleagues—where he was involved with the acquisition/syndication, new development, redevelopment, sales, leasing, and/or master planning of 20 major retail centers and office projects comprising more than 2,000,000 square feet.  Prior to his brokerage career, he completed market analysis and appraisal assignments for over $400,000,000 of commercial real estate assets located in Tucson, Las Vegas, and Albuquerque as part of the Valuation and Advisory Services division of the CBRE Tucson Office.
