Grant Road, Suites 405-409 in Tucson from Sloat Family Partnership, LLLP.  Systech and Environmental Systems Products (ESP) are merging to form Opus Inspection, the only fully vertically integrated company in the vehicle inspection industry.  Stephen D. Cohen, and Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Industrial Specialists and Principals with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction, which also involved the relocation of Dynamic Foot Technologies (e-soles) to another space in the business park.
