Lowell in Tucson from WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-C4 for $6,000,000.
