TMC Holdings, Inc. purchased the medical office building at 5225 E. Knight Drive from Dr. & Mrs. William Fosdick.  The 1,759 square foot building is located within the Tucson Medical Park and will be available for lease.  Tom Knox, SIOR and Rick Kleiner, MBA Office Specialists at PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, represent Tucson Medical Center and TMC Holdings, Inc. in the management and brokerage of the real estate portfolio.
