Redyns Development LLC purchased 12,800 square feet at 5455 S. Nogales Highway in Tucson from Fluoresco Lighting-Sign Maintenance Corp. for $1,200,000.  The building was leased to Ferguson Enterprises.  Stephen D. Cohen, and Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, represented both parties in this transaction.
