Tucson Real Estate and Investments, LLC purchased Sonoran Palms, a 5-unit apartment complex located at 1002 E. The Norwood Revocable Trust purchased Glenn Villas, a 6-unit apartment complex located at 2520-2530 N. Glenn St., in Tucson. The 4,470 square-foot complex was purchased from The Sonora Estate Trust for $835,000.
