The 9,120-square-foot apartment property was purchased from 225 W Flores, LLC and Colonia Properties TIC I, LLC for $1,280,000. Allan Mendelsberg and C. Bambi Speedway Associates LLC purchased 2,619 square feet of retail space at Bambi Bar, 5050 E. Speedway Blvd. in Tucson, from Estate of Guy D. Beaty and Dodie Enterprises, Inc for $750,000.
