Colonia Properties TIC II, LLC purchased The Hacienda Motel, an 18,200-square-foot, multifamily property located at 1742 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson. The 51-unit facility was purchased from Oasis Living, LLC for $2,850,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

Geronimo Apartments Partners, LLC purchased 4,248 square feet of multifamily space located at 2432-2442 N. Geronimo Ave. in Tucson. Geronimo Triplexes, a 6-unit facility was purchased from 2432 N Geronimo, LLC for $925,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

 

LEASE 

 

Old School Thrift leased 10,388 square feet of retail space from SWK Trust, located in Harrison Plaza, 2430 S. Harrison Rd., Suite 100 in Tucson. Aaron LaPrise, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction. 

  

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc leased 9,000 square feet of retail space at Monterey Village, 6178 E. Speedway Blvd. in Tucson, from Monterey Village, LLC. Greg Furrier, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Kurt Kalocin with Christifulli Commercial Real Estate, LLC, represented the tenant. 

  

Maxim Health Care Services, Inc. renewed their lease for 7,267 square feet of office space located at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 1100 in Tucson. Thomas J. Nieman and Richard M. Rise, Inc. leased 2,023 square feet of office space from DSW IREIF Tucson Retail Owner, LLC, located in Campbell Plaza, 2980 N. Campbell Ave., Suite 170 in Tucson. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Office Specialists Ryan McGregor and Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, represented the landlord in this transaction. NAI Horizon represented the tenant. 

  

The Cut Barber Shop leased 1,221 square feet of newly constructed space within The Corner at Rancho Sahuarita project, 770 W. Sahuarita Rd. The Corner project is comprised of two – 7,500SF buildings with shell construction completed July 2022, and tenants opening late 2022/early 2023. Tenants include The Cut Barber Shop, Sahuarita Family Dentistry, Banner Health, and Apex Physical Therapy.
