804 E 10th LLC purchased 10th Street Apartments, a 9,180 square-foot investment property at 804, 814, & 858-870 E. 10th Street in Tucson. The 12-unit apartment property was purchased from 10th Street 12, LLC for $1,615,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

Rita Salad LLC purchased Lot 3 at Las Plazas at Old Vail, 10071 E Old Vail Rd., from OVP Development Company, LLC for $835,000. Aaron LaPrise, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both the seller and buyer. 

  

JNS Real Estate LLC purchased 3.33 acres of land at 4635 N. Kain Ave. in Tucson, from Victory Assembly of God of Pima County AZ Inc for $700,000. Rob Tomlinson, Principal, Retail Specialist, and Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Industrial Specialist, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller. Tarence Cager and Andrea McGowen renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 1,600 square feet of industrial space at Midway Business Park, 4500 E.
