The 35-unit apartment property was purchased from Dry Desert, LLC for $6,707,000. Hyperion Group LLC purchased El Sol Apartments, a 6,870 square-foot investment property at 2115 N. Oracle Rd., in Tucson. The 16-unit property was purchased from KMS Enterprises, LLC for $1,175,000.
