Stone Ave. in Tucson.  Stonedale Apartments, an 18-unit apartment complex, was purchased from Monteer Properties, LLC for $917,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Desiree Palmer with ABI Multifamily, represented the buyer.

 

LEASE

Goodwill Industries International, Inc. leased 7,382 square feet of industrial space, located at 3785 E. 34th St., Suite 102 in Tucson, from 34th St., LLC.  Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Piteau Associates USA, Ltd. leased 3,521 square feet of industrial space, located in the Palo Verde Business Center, 3860 S. Palo Verde Rd., Suite 306 in Tucson, from Palo Verde Trust Partners, LLC.  Piteau Associates offers geotechnical, water management, and environmental consulting services to the mining, construction, municipal, first nations, and industrial sectors worldwide.    Robert C.
